The Observatory Hotel Announces New "Snooze & Cruise" Package Aboard Luxury Cruiser
The Observatory Hotel Announces New "Snooze & Cruise" Package

The Observatory Hotel is now offering guests one of the most extravagant cruises along Sydney Harbour aboard the Cambria II. Partnering with Cambria Charters, the 100-ft luxury cruiser offers unparalleled service, style and luxury, and is modeled after the classic style of The Observatory Hotel’s Globe Bar. The hotel has created an exclusive three-night “Snooze & Cruise” package including two nights in the Observatory Suite followed by a night onboard the Cambria II. The price is $16,000 for two persons.

The package includes a nine-course Degustation Dinner with matching wines at The Observatory Hotel, a sunset harbor cruise with a lavish three-course seafood dinner onboard the Cambria II, ending with a full breakfast cruising past the iconic Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.

“We are delighted to partner with Cambria Charters and to be able to offer our hotel guests a truly unique and indulgent way to experience Sydney’s harbor,” says Patrick Griffin, Regional Managing Director Orient-Express Hotels Australia.

A variety of other cruise options are available including a morning and afternoon charter (three hours), a full day charter with gourmet lunch (six hours), and an evening cruise including a three-course seafood dinner (four hours).

The Cambria II boasts hand-crafted Brazilian mahogany furniture with marble and Corian finishes, open deck, full kitchen and bar, and a gentleman’s library.   The cruise accommodates up to 12 people for day and evening charters, and a maximum of six people for the “Snooze & Cruise” charter.
