Large in-house property capacity exists which allows PHLY to write any Campground or RV Park that meets its underwriting criteria.

General Liability limits up to $1.0 million/$3.0 million and Commercial Excess Liability limits up to $10.0 million are available. General Liability coverages include Premises Liability, Trailer Spotting, which covers property damage to trailers that are moved by the insured to another site, and Special Events for the parks activities. Liquor Liability is also available on accounts that meet PHLY's underwriting guidelines.
