GULFPORT-BILOXI, Miss., Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, announced today that it has launched daily nonstop service between Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. American Eagle now operates two daily round-trip flights between the two cities using 50-seat Embraer ERJ- 145 jets.

American Eagle is the first new airline serving the first new city since we re-opened on September 8, 2005 after Hurricane Katrina," said Travis Lott, Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport Authority Chairman.
