Nichols Kaster, PLLP Files Overtime Lawsuit Against Rudder Capital Corporation and Rudder Digital Inc. on Behalf of Satellite Technicians

MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (Marketwire) -- 11/04/09 -- On Tuesday, October 27, 2009, Nichols Kaster, PLLP filed a collective action complaint against Rudder Capital Corporation and Rudder Digital Inc. The lead plaintiff claims that he and other satellite technicians were incorrectly classified as "independent contractors" and denied overtime pay under federal overtime laws. The plaintiff seeks unpaid overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act on behalf of himself and all other current and former satellite technicians.

The plaintiffs are represented by Paul Lukas and Robert Schug of Nichols Kaster, PLLP. Nichols Kaster has offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and San Francisco, California.
